I find this just slightly annoying for some reason, that everytime I look at the number of people online

Example: What's Going On?http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/images/buttons/collapse_thead.gif (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/#top) Currently Active Users: 144 (59 members and 85 guests) http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/images/misc/whos_online.gif (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/online.php?)Most users ever online was 645, 12-13-2004 at 10:39 AM.

For those of you unfamilar with this infpormation that is displayed, it can be found by clicking on the "Forum Home" link and then scroll to the bottom of the page and it will give you current information about whos online.

Well back to why I originally started this thread I find it annoying that there is always WAY more Guests logged onto the site verses actual SU members. Why don't you Guests register???? perhaps maybe this is because maybe some of the actual forum members just don't log in cause they are at work and want to scan the forum for stuff to read and learn? Not sure. Guarenteed the majority of guests that logon to the site are actually people at SprintPCS...hehehehehe j/k not sure how or why.

Anyone else care to comment on this?

they can't post if they aren't members. Alot of people just come seeking information. Many fear to ask questions because they are scared that people would think they ask stuip questions.

If anything I learned in school, there is no question that is a stuip question.

Well I moved this to the Forum Info / Feedback area because a) it belongs there, and b) unregistered guests don't have access to read the Watercooler posts.

I believe that a majority of users come on the forum just to read and search. I don't see anything wrong with that.

I think that guests read the site and end up registering if they want to contribute or ask a question. No need for folks to register if they don't wish to post.
