I called for a upgrade on my plan and was offered the following:
$80 - Fair and Flexible 800 minutes (charge includes all 3 phones)
$5 - FCA Roaming Option
SPCS - SPCS Free
5% Loyalty Discount
2 Year Contract
Total - $85 (w/o tax)
This plan seems really good compared to my old one - $5 less for 300 more minutes, but I'm not really sure about the Fair & Flex and it almost seems too good to be true. :eyeroll: Is there something I'm missing? What do you all think?

I don't understand it is a fair and flex plan but yet you say 800 min. and it doesnt sound very flexiable if your locked into $80 dollars care to explain.

I'm not exactly sure. That is the exact info I recieved from the rep on the phone. He seemed to be trying very hard to sell this to me and it sort of scared me off the plan. I'm not sure why he said 800 minutes for $80 as the plan when Fair and Flex is supposed to allow you to change amount of minutes needed... All very confusing. :o

The base minute plan starts ay 800 minutes. If you go over, its only $5 for every 100 minutes.
Its been discussed...at great length...

he's quoting 80 bucks for 3 lines. F&F/F 800 = $70. 3rd line =$10. F&CA = $5.
the only thing not standard here is the 5% discount. it's a good plan, but it's not a retention plan. there are no flexible retention plans.
