Phone shuts off when browsing wirelessly

I have an A680 samsung... I log onto the SU Wap site... go through the links to the forum. I get to the 'watercooler', click... and the screen freezes for about 10 seconds and the phone shuts off. it has done this on another site (though I can't remember which). I tried this multiple times... and every time I get to the forum and click on it... the phone freezes and turns OFF completely. When I turn it back on and go back into vision... it starts up on the vision home page. any thoughts?

Web browsing issues are always pretty difficult to answer, especially since you are having issues off the vision site. Maybe it could be a memory error. The other day I saw an a680 that would power cycle every time the customer attempted to download a ringer from vision. The customer had ringers for 3gforfree. We refurbished the phone and wipped it clean of the downloads. Once the phone was refurbed the phone no longer power cycled when downloading Sprint ringers. It seemed that one of the ringers the customer had was curropt and was causing the phone to powercycle with downloads.
