I'm sure I must be doing something stupid, but if I go to the above URL with my Treo 650 I'm redirected to the same page we see from the WAP link at the top of this (SprintUsers) page.
How do I get to the Wap Portal depicted inset on that web page?
Is it better than pdaPortal.com? Well, I'd check for myself, but ... !!
Cheers,
ChickenHawk
edited: you'd think I could get the URL in the title correct! Jeesh.
That is because our wap site thinks your Treo is a computer, not a phone. Try this URL: http://wap.sprintusers.com/wap

After I got my Treo I thought the samething, but then I thought to myself maybe they just ended up doing away with it.
I made a change to the WAP page directing Treo users to the correct URL.

What ever happened to all the buttons that would be available before to Treo users. WEll when I had the Treo 600 Sprint Users had a very nice interface with buttons on the screen that were at the buttom of the screen and stuff. Is this still available, Is there a different link and stuff? thanx dave.
Buttons? I don't know what you mean

Wirelessly posted (TREO 650: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; PalmSource/hspr-H102; Blazer/4.0) 16;320x320)
Buttons? I don't know what you mean
when I said buttons, I ment there used to be buttons that appeared on the screen at the bottom that you could press. they appeared in a row along the bottom of the screen.

something interestring i found...... might want to put a note in the registration proceedure that some phones don't support things like underscores (see my username?) and when registering they might want to take that into consideration...... now let me go create another account
No need to create a new account. If you would like me to change your username, let me know.

For some strange reason, I can't access the WAP site with my 5500, whats up with that? I memorized the site address, and tried switching stuff around.. the wap. and the .com...but nothing. I get sent to the 'internet computer' page. And the link sender, doesnt work for me... when u add your ten digit number, it doesnt send the link.
