i used the tutorial on making acc ringers... i converted the mp3 to wav, then trimmed it, then converted it to mp4, then renamed it to .m4a, when i send to my phone it will download but there is no sound, any suggestions?

when you renamed the file did you turn on the "show extensions" option in the folder options, if not your file is named as "filename.m4a.mp4" which i'm not sure if this is the reason it's not working.
