a620 vs a680 battery?

i have the chance to take my a620 back and get an a680 for $20 more. is this a good deal? what's the abttery life of the a620 vs. the a680?

680 is great, do it... SMS is worth it alone.. not to mention video and just a better phone from what i've seen

If you want a smaller size, and SMS, then it might be worth it, but the A620 offers a larger display, and the ringer earpeice won't blow out

Bottom line...

If you want SMS, get it, if you want crappy video, get it, if you want small size, get it

If you want a bigger screen, don't, if you want a good ringer speaker, don't, if you want better battery life, don't

You're going to find two camps on this one; I have the a680 and couldn't be happier with it (okay, better battery life would be great, but I haven't had any problems with what I have), but many others report bugs, blown speakers, etc. If you have a safety net (i.e. return policy), go for the a680.

What's all this about blown speakers?? Do I need to be carefull with putting loud ringers on there? Are blown speakers covered by warranty?
