I know how to make ringer but my only question is is there a program that can ampifly the ringer like make louder? Where can i get this program from

If Your Making A Before Converting It To The Final Format. Open The File In Wav Format In Sound Recorder The On One Menu At The Top Use Increase Volume. Then Finish Converting It And Upload. Or A Program Like Sound Forge Will Work Too.
