View Full Version : Want to upgrade Treo 600 to Treo 650 on Retention

I called CS today to try and get a deal on an upgrade. I am not under contract, have a 45 dollar retention plan, and they said no since I haven't had my treo for 18 months. I then went to a store and they could give me the same deal as amazon, but new number and bad plan. Anyone else have any luck?

Retention really does not do equipment upgrades. If you really want to save money get a new line of service and cancel your old number. Than again with your new line they will probably make you get a current plan.
