5 Phones, 4,500 Minutes, how much better can I do?

Here's my plan:

5 Phones
4,500 shared Minutes
4 phones have an extra 60 minutes a month from retention.

I'm told there's a 5% discount on one phone but it's not the main line so what's the good of that.

I have a 9% business discount as well.

My bill before any discount is $225 a month.

So what else can I get? I would like free RL or something else, I just feel like I have a huge plan so more should be included. I have vision free on the main line but shouldn't that be free on all of them?

Any thoughts or ideas on what I can get free? There has to be something else I can get as I know they won't let me just walk.

I would say try to have the 5% off over the primary and not the add a phone. If you can, have them apply it to each line.

As far as going to business plan, that won't benfit. I think if you have like at least 10 lines, then you possibly get 5% off. You already get that from being a loyal customer. So changing to business has little benfit.

Adding RL free to the primary should be easy if you find the right rep. As far as adding vision and RL to the other lines, that is against sprint rules. You may find a rep who cares little about the job who does it. So just give it a try and see what they can do for you!!

Your 5% discount normally goes by the qualified lines. Was you add-sub line the original line, if so that’s why. Depends on the rep and phones, primary lines can and/or will get changed accordingly. Find a rep in your store or customer care rep (preferred) to change primary lines. If they can do so. Some lines cannot be changed. Another case it could have been added to the wrong line. Try to get it fixed to the primary. F.Y.I. it might need a 2yr renewal.

That’s right business account won’t do you any good. Unless you’re in a market that doesn’t offer a good roaming coverage plan, then it might be a good idea.

But truthfully I need to know you entire plan if there is anything better for prices. (Mrc, vision price per phone, 7pm, PCS, etc.) Some markets have free vision on high mrc accounts, and make sure you’re not getting charged for anything that could be free NOW. Check every year for new prices or promotions. But dont compare prices outside of your area, prices may vary per market.
