1:Create10 second movie clip in os x 10.3 iMovie 4.0.1

2: Exported movie using movie to 3g setting

with the following options set
Video Tab:
File format 3gpp
Video = mpeg-4
Data rate : 30kbits/second
Size : 176x144
Audio tab
Audio : aac-lc (music) or speech setting
Data rate : 8kps
Channels : mono
Frames per sample ; 1
Output sample rate : 8.k
Encoder quality = better

Note : almost any movie file format can be converted to .3gp using QuickTime Pro (should work with QT pro windows)

3 ; save to desktop
Change "yourmovie.3gp to yourmovie.mp4
Open sprintusers.com/focus/ and upload mymovie.mp4 to your 7400
then view.....go......continue....play movie
Feel free to experiment with export parameters
I'm sure other data rates and file sizes will work.
