$45 covers the LEDs, the conversion service, and USPS express next day air shipping back to you. The only problem is that i'm outta blue LEDs. I've only got red, purple, and white. Lemme know if you're interested.

i use ta have a supplier in cali., but he stopped selling LEDs cause' there was too much competition, that's why i can't get blue LEDs anymore :(
