Well...I had to return the 7400 to RS as it is now in at Costco anyway :D I figured what the hell, might as well give the LG325 a run since it happened to be in stock.

Having a little challenge getting used to the slider form factor (I really like clam shell phones) but I have to say....I am pretty impressed. Comparing it to the 7400 isn't quite fair since the 7400 "felt" like a $400 phone to me.....the LG feels well made (albiet "tiny") but not on par with the 7400.

Anyway....I have run around to all my favorite spots to check reception and it is nearly as good as the 7400 (indoors primarily so far). Only strange thing is the bars move up and down pretty actively with the 325...I never noticed this on the 7400.

What really blew my socks off was how easy and well the blue tooth headset worked...I couldn't help myself...I grabbed an Moto 810 at RS and while it isn't super comfortable...it worked perfectly in less then 5 minutes and DAM am I having fun. I can walk 20 feet away or more before static is a problem etc.

Clarity is very good compared to the 7400...again my opinion only so please don't stake me to the ground, cover me with honey and pour ants on me for bringing that up :D

Now...I am thinking get em both and have my cake and eat it too...decisions decisions.

I did the opposite. I had the 325 for 3 days and returned it and got the 7400. One of the reasons I returned it was because when I used sprintusers wap site the page would load with average speed but the data light would stay on for minute or two but I couldn't scroll down. I messed with settings but nothing helped. Same thing happened with cnn wap home page. Maybe I had a bad phone or I rushed to return it. It doesn't really matter because I think I will use the web more than bluetooth and the 7400 web is blazing and the reception seems as good as the 4900. It was my first time using a bluetooth headset and I liked it but it's just something else I have to carry around. Would be nice if the LG 535 comes out in the next month. The 1.3 megepixel camera feature is enough for me want to get it.

I hardly ever use vision because I have an Ipaq around most of the time. I agree with you...if I was making regular use of vision I would opt for the 7400 no question.

I wish the 7400 had bluetooth. When will Sprint make an upper level non-PDA phone that has bluetooth? The 5600 should have that! I need a RL Bluetooth phone with a video camera.

No doubt...if the 7400 had BT it would almost be too good :)
