View Full Version : Eligible for retention?

I've been a Sprint PCS customer for around 5 years. I'm currently paying $10 per month for not having a contract (I'm not sure how that happened, but it was when we changed our plan this summer).

I just got 2 new phones from Costco, and I want to negotiate a better plan. Currently I have the 1400 a/t for $80, which includes the second line. I'm wondering if I am eligible for a retention plan, for example the one that is $50 for 1000 a/t minutes. I also want to get the $150 rebate for the phones. Can you get a retention plan and a rebate?

I'm willing to sign a 2 year agreement now, so that's not an issue. I don't know whether to even bother with retention, or just pick one of the standard plans.

Get the new plan you want, THEN send in the rebates for your new phones.

Oh, so I don't have to tell them when I activate the new phones that I'm getting the rebate on them?
