I always thought he got the best situation of all the quarterbacks drafted. It has also been said that he could have been considered the best of all the QBs drafted this year, ever since his combine workout. I've been going for him and the Steelers since week 4.

Excuses, excuses! Im sick of STILL hearing this excuse. Can't you guys just suck it up and admit we dominated you on BOTH sides of the ball that game? I will keep reiterating - Steelers have injuries too. BIG BEN is ... or should I say **WAS** our THIRD string quarterback, and not to mention ALL the other injuries we had in that game and all the games to follow so far and we still keep winning. Doesn't matter if theyre close wins; all that matters is that it's a W! Some of us make a positive out of our injuries and step up and play even better.... and then some of us use them as scapegoats to blame a loss on. You guys are not the only team with injuries... so its what you do about those injuries thats important.

I'm so glad the Patriots PLAYERS are smarter than most of their fans LOL. At least Tom Brady, in an interview, said that even WITH Corey Dillon in the game, its gonna be a tough one.

Yes, I do know that we were fortunate in the Jets game; however, I also think it was just due. The Jets were in the playoffs cuz our "scrubs" beat the Bills, and they stayed in the playoffs, b/c SD's rookie kicker missed his FG, and the Jets were "lucky" enough to be able to turn around and get their own FG.

Realize though, our defense ROCKED! They gave up **3** points. It was a special teams breakdown, and Ben having a really bad day that gave them their other points. The Jets got ZERO points on offense. As the previous poster said, what's the excuse for the 16 wins, they're not all luck. It's good to see Ben can have a rookie day and we still win.

As for the Pats giving it to the Colts. Come on now, I watched that game. The Colts "D" sucked. Everytime they ~thought~ they had the tackle, the Patriot was off and running for more yards than they should have gotten. They also left the Pats O-Line wide open.

Steelers know this game won't be a cakewalk. None of their games ever are. They don't play pretty football. Its run it down your throat ugly football most of the time - which leads to close and ugly wins.

A win is a win though and I'll take it!

I don't know about that, everyone thought it was over just before the end of the Jets game too. The steelers have a funny way of suprising you sometimes. I hope they suprise us twice more.

Will See. I don't like either team but like I said before regular season doesn't mean crap. Did you whatch the Pats Defense crush the Colts? They only gave up 3 points to one of the best offenses in the NFL. I'm not saying that the Pats will blow out the Steelers but if it's a close game the Steelers will choke or Cowher will make a bone head call. :D
