I just wanted to see if some of the LG 325 owners are having the same issues as I am with their phone. I have 2 problems that can not be fixed until the phone gets reflashed and my local stores dont have the cable yet so I am stuck right now with these problems. First problem is that when I check my pcs email I have to login every time then when I finally get in I can see my email and read it but as soon as I go to do anything to it like move it or delete it I get a error saying database error your folders are not accessible at this time please login again. When I log in again same thing. The next problem is that when I go to view my picture albums through my phone I have a lot of albums and I start scrolling through the list of albums (I dont even go in to a album yet) and all of a sudden the phone resests and reboots. I have called tech support over and over and they said the only way to resolve this is to have the phone reflashed and my local stores said they dont have the cable so right now I am stuck. Besides these 2 things I love the phone. I just wanted to let everybody know this and to see if any other LG 325 users have run into these problems.

I don't even know my email I just added another line yesterday but I did upload around 10 pictures last night and they were gone today. :( Don't think it's a phone issue but good thing I saved them to my computer. I had lock ups with my 700 too view picts online. I think there is something you do that you don't have to log in everytime but I forget what it is. I noticed with my 700 if I had to log on if I shut the phone off turned it back on then checked my email by going straight to the email from the phone I didn't have to log on.
It is a network issue to my understanding from tier 1 data support. Cuz my vision homepage is not accessible AGAIN! So, something in the system is jacked up, who knows?

The funy thing is that tech support told me the only way to fix my problem is to get the phone reflased at the store.

...and what the sprint technical representatives on the other end of the phone dont understand is that THIS PHONE JUST CAME OUT SO MOST OF THE SPRINT STORES DONT HAVE THE CABLE FOR OUR 325'S TO BE REFLASHED.
GROWL!!!
...sorry. It's just so frustrating.
Yes, I recently waited one hour for a tech at a Sprint store only to be told that they don't have the cable yet and they couldn't help me. It seems silly not to have the cables distributed to the stores when the phones are available to the public.

Haven't tried the e-mail on it yet; and the pictures/albums system works great.

Word I got from a CSR one time was that the stores are franchises and have to pay for the cables (several hundred dollars) themselves. That's why they don't have the cables for rare (T608) or new, and not overwhelmingly popular phones.

I tried the e-mail now, and it is giving me the same thing. I was able to send and e-mail, and recieve one.......but when I tried to delete the e-mail, it gave me the error. Afterwhich, I had the login thing come up.

Most of us Toshiba users have the same email issue...I can read emails fine in beautiful font and rarely have to log in on the phone, but I cannot move, reply, forward, delete emails in this area...I have to manually log in to my account, go to messages, PCS mail, etc...in this area I can manipulate anything I want, but the font is 4 times as large and messages take much longer to read...it's annoying but at least there is a workaround...the first way I get an "unsupported content type" error when I try to do anything but read the mail...I told Tier 2 support about this back in April...it will NEVER get fixed, at least on the Toshiba...I hope you guys on the LG have better luck...given that I have unlimited free Vision on my line, it still beats carrying a separate phone and Blackberry to check mail...

Hello! I'm fairly new to this forum. I have replaced my LG PM325 twice, and the buttons on the d-pad are stubborn. I have to press it or hold it really hard and do so more than once, before I actually can access the links on my phone. I know that I can use the volume buttons on the side to navigate also.
But I would like to know if anyone here knows how to take the phone apart so that I can fix the problem myself. And I've also tried taking to the Sprint store, they just give me another one and it works fine at first but then sooner or later I get the same problem!
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
