My P300 doesn't work anymore ( Cracked )

If I get a phone from LL will automatically reset my 18 month ? Or will be just a exchange and I still have my 150.00 towards another pnone.

Thanks

ah! 4920 for p300??? not an upgrade!!!

if they send you anything besides a p300 you should demand one with a pop3 email client. p300 = best phone i have ever owned.

What are you guys smokin? If all you are requiring is a color screen, speakerphone, and email client your choices are PDA or p300. You will not ever get a PDA as a replacement for that. Besides, insurance isn't for upgrading, it's for replacing with the same or similar equipment, depending on what they have available.

But that is exactly the posters' point. They maintain that the P300's built-in email client is a very significant, distinctive feature, and that any phone without that feature is not comparable.

But of course, this has always been the problem with Lockline's (and now Circuit City's and Best Buy's) policy regarding "replacement with a phone having comparable features": The companies believe they can unilaterally decide just what "comparable features" are.

To be fair, there is a flip side: If a customer could get an expensive upgrade simply by pointing to an obscure but rare feature, such replacements would drive up prices for everyone. Somehow everyone needs to use some common sense--but we may differ as to what that means. ;)

A sensible compromise would be for Lockline to pay for EmailViewer on the phone they send out.
