As am not trying to dog this phone and was really hoping it was a winner, the phone seems to have another little problem. It is the earpiece and speaker there is a crackiling noise every 30 sec. when someone on the other end is speaking. I have tested over and over and it is defiently there and getting annoying, you would almost have to listen to it, to understand what am saying, but it's there. I know someone else mentioned this with different verbage but now I understand what they were talking about. (No it's not the minute beep). I am at the point of returning the phone and giving the a740 a try.
I am starting to believe it is not worth getting a speakerphone until they come out with a true full duplex speaker, not being able to talk when the other person is talking kinda blows.

I spent about an hour trying to figure out why mine couldnt receive text messages. Called tech support and everything. Tonight Im taking it in and having them run a diagnostic on it....
