I have been noticing sprint has been sending out cancelation notices telling customers their account is canceled when it obviously isn't :p just wondering if anyone here has gotten one.

I guess they do it when you cancel, for some reason It has been doing it without people canceling. Who knows, I have heard of 5 instances so far.

How are they sending out these notices? email? regular mail? If they are email i would be very wary of them, i wouldn't type in any personal information and call customer service as soon as possible. Sounds kinda fishy.

Im getting the feeling there are several system glitches lately. For the past two days everytime I go to send pic mail from my 7400...I get the message that tells me I have to accept the $5 charge to have access to pic mail. Ive had pic mail forever...

They are being sent through the mail.

Glad I'm not the only one that is happening to. I've been getting this also....and was like ***! as I've had picture mail for a very long time.

haha, so I'm not the only Ryan that got the email, i was like ***. the service from sprint has been so less than stellar for the last month for me. I've actually checked out other carriers as I'm thinking of switching. friend of mine had his service axed while on the phone with them trying to change his calling plan the other day.
if they sent me a cancellation I would probably be elated.
