I was billed 110 for a Vi660. It was added to my invoice so I paid for the phone and a months service in full which was $160. I returned the phone to the warehouse and received no credit. I called up and they said they can only give me a 60 credit. Their math was my monthly invoice including the phone was 160- the phone which was 110. 160-110= a 50 dollar credit. I paid 110 for the phone. So basically I get less then half the credit I was billed for?
