I was playing with my phone tonight. Trying (rather unsuccessfully) to figure out how to surf the web a bit.
I had also checked my sprint pcs email a couple times b/c I had tried to download some images.
Anyway..all of the sudden...I have become required to enter my "username" & password :eek: in order to get on to the web or check my email.
Uh....I have no idea what those are...& why I didn't have to use them before.
Where do I get this info :huh: ????

Goto SETTINGS then to PCS VISION select VISION PROFILE UPDATE that should help ya. If not then let us know.

I tried it.
When I go to that screen...it says updating PCS Vision Profile....please wait.
....so, I waited, & waited.
Then, when it was done it said "connecting"...then it went back to my main screensaver.
I then tried to get on the web....& again was asked for my user name & password.
AUGH!

Call CS, they can give you your username but you will need to speak with vision tech to reset your password.

Time to call tier 1 data support then thru *2 at this point or wait til the morning and see if vision wil let you on again, it may be down due to maintance.

I know th website tells you your username, not sure about the password though.

I believe you can reset the password on the site as well.

Since being with Sprint PCS since 2001. I have had the same problem about 4 times a year. I have had to call tech support and they will give you a user name and password. Even after about 7 months if it happens again, Sprint tech support will have to give you a new user name and password.
