But to answer your question, just log onto Sprint's website (http://www.sprintpcs.com (http://www.sprintpcs.com/)) and log in to your account. Somewhere towards the bottom should be something that says "My Content Manager" after you click on that link it should take you to another page that shows you what you have bought, I forgot what it says, but it says something like cancel auto-subscription or something like that.
Now, onto your 2nd question:
I'm not sure on the 7300, but on the 8200 if you hit the shift key it cycles between ALL CAPS, 1st Letter Caps, or all lowercase.
