I just upgraded to a LG VI-5225 flip phone. Everything was great until this morning when I got a text message. I've deleted the message at least 20 times, but the phone keeps telling me "You have a new message" - it won't delete the message. I called Sprint and the girl told me that they have had that problem before and they are waiting on a software update to fix it, but they don't know when that software update will be available. She said I can either wait on the update, or come in and they will switch it out for another phone since it hasn't been 14 days. I don't want another phone. I only paid $30.00 for this one, I don't want to pay more, and I want the external caller ID like this one has. The other $30.00 phone doesn't have it. Any suggestions?? Thanks!! :(
