I have a Sanyo 8100 phone and put some pictures on my "picture wallet", now I am told by the Sprint Rep. that we ca not upload them and that they have no software to do that. I purchased an USB cable to connect it to my PC but I can not see the pictures. Do you know of any software that I can use to view these pictures? Thanks

so will this software work for the wallet pics on the 5300 as well? i have the same problem...i've heard of this software but also heard it was pretty average. :mad:

I've used it with the wallet on the 8100 a couple of times, and it should work for the 5300 as well. One thing to keep in mind though, is that when you save a photo to the wallet, it's recompressed to a much smaller size that the original. Since these were taken with the built in camera, they didn't start out as 'great pictures' as far as digital photography goes... Translation: pulling the pictures out of the phone works, but you may not be too thrilled with what's actually in the wallet when you see it on your computer.
