i have pictures on my pcs that i want to send to my mm7400 but the pictures are to big how do i make it to the right size to fit on my 7400?

Just use the focus tool and allow it to resize.

Well open the picture on your PC, then use whatever program opens them to resize them until they fit. Start small, like 50x50 or something.
