MobiTV any good on the A620?

I apologize if this topic in general is just irritating, but I've been debating for a little bit on this.

I had the trial of 1KTV, and even though I liked it, I want actual TV clips in the very least, especially if I'll be paying for it. I hear about MobiTV on this board mostly for the A700 and I'm wondering if it would be as great for my phone. My browser is a bit slow, would that hinder quality of any sort? Does anyone own a A620 and actually fiddle around with MobiTV? Thanks. :cool:

I have vi660.. (a600 i think).. I dont really watch MobiTv.. but its on there cause I get 10 dollars of downloads each month.. and since its 9.99 I get to spend a penny.. woohoo!

Everyone else just thinks its cool lol.. I listen to CMC and CMC beat but besides that I dont really use it.. Video sucks on my phone.. You can make things out but the audios not bad

Ahhh, you're right. It's cool but I'm sure it would go faster on any other phone after it...it's like 1KTV just with more channels and a bit faster. It's all blurry :(.

i had it and it just a frame per second its not worth the money but if u wanna buy it kewl but iam not gonna wacth no lil screen when iam bored plus i use my cell for biznazz and stuff like that but its kewl to be able to wacth tv on ur phone i tryed to find the channel on my real tv i couldnt find any wacthing tv on ur phone and the tube that would be kewl lol but wat ever u want depends on wat u use ur phone for fun and games or buisness

MobiTV for the A620 isn't too bad. The audio never skips and has downloadable ringtone quality. The image depends on how much you have downloaded to your phone, because in the end it's how much memory your phone has free to buffer, not your connection or the chipset, that determines the quality of the video.

I ordered it on thanksgiving and got my refund the next morning, its not absolutely horrible but you cant say its streaming though. Like someone else said, like 1 fps, I enjoyed it a little but its far from watching tv or clips on your pc, which is to be expected, its a phone lol. I was so happy they have a link under the service in content manager that says "request a refund", I clicked it and gave them an explanation and the next page told me it will be refunded within 48 hours so if you wanna try it, go for it, you could just get a refund. I am guessing its only good for the first few days, then I'm sure you cant get a refund after a week or so. And yes, I have the A620.
