For some reason, I get scared every time I call CS to make changes to my plan/account.

Who know what they'll actually do... There has to be a better way...

I just got off the phone with them... added f&c/a. and removed vision from one of my add a lines... the CS took about 20 mins to do this... so will see what happens when i get my next bill..

Is it just me, or do other people feel the same way?

I wish I could manage my plan completely online w/o going through CS.

Yes, accounts get screwed up all the time. Best solution I know is to submit your requests in writing off the sprint website... (after logging in, click on contact us, then click on email) ... that way you have a record of what you said and what they said.
