Please try the following and post your results.

Take a 15 sec video with your phone. Upload the video to your album online. Now.........When I download a video from my on-line album, the video file size that gets downloaded is about 17K... Not the full 178K as was originally uploaded. The result is 15 sec of video with bad resolution and no sound.

What are you downloading the video to from the web page? I upload videos all day long to the sprint page, then e-mail them to clients or send them to sprint phones or download them and don't have a problem at all with my A700.

The first video I kept getting a error c1 I think. I tried another video and got the same results as you. I'm surprised we missed that bug. I guess you should make sure to save it to your phone before deleting it. Have you noticed the few hicups/glitches when viewing some videos. I think I notice it more when the video is taken inside. I guess it's network related.

YEP. WE ALL NEED TO CALL SPRINT ON THIS ONE! This is NOT what they advertise they are selling!!! We should be able to upload and DOWNLOAD our own videos w/o losing quality and sound in the process!
