I am just curious, what has been everyone's experience with these two services? Has one offered you better service than the other? Thoughts, stories, and opinions are welcome.

E-mail seems to be better to me. Atleast that way you have a record of what you were told.

I have all of the toll free numbers for Customer Service, but what are their e-mail addresses?
Thanks

E-mail CS always tells me they cannot help and to call.

I deal with CS only via email now. They are faster and more efficient, with less confusion. And I have a record of whatever changes were made/promised.

Yeah, if I get my problem solved soon and I end up staying with Sprint all my questions/problems will go though E-mail now simply to have an exact record.

I just hate talking to people, so I always use email if I can. But I've found the email reps to be better than the phone reps, as long as you don't mind waiting a few hours for your response. But at least if they change your plan or options you have a hard copy of everything that has been said.
