When I installed activesync, it sync all my outlook email but not the actual accts. To get new email to the phone, I have to setup new accts but the download mail goes to a different inbox, not the one that is syncing with outlook.......any ideas how to fix this??

Thanks

Activesync only syncs mail from whatever your default account. If you have multiple e-mail accounts activesync will only grab mail from that one and not multiple. If you have multiple folders setup under that same account then you can have that sync, just open pocket outlook on your device and tap Tools>Manage Folders and select the folders you wish to sync on the device.

thank you but that is not what we are saying the problem is. activesync is syncing with our outlook acct. but we can not send/receive mail wirelessly from that acct on the pocketpc. we have to setup news accts on the pocket pc to download our mail which go into different accts and not our default folder

Ok I got you, if you want to send/receive from the pocketpc using the activesync account in pocket outlook, you will need to setup a vpn on your home/office network to allow your device to get to the pc you sync with.
here (http://theillustratednetwork.mvps.org/WM2003/ActiveSync/WM2003ActiveSyncConfiguration.html) and here (http://theillustratednetwork.mvps.org/WM2003/WM2003PPTPVPN.html) are some tutorials that should get you going.

I have been using it. dbx viewer (http://www.oemailrecovery.com/reading-dbx-files.html) and restore outlook express (http://www.mail-repair.com/restore-email.html) more stable and secure than other programs.
