Making MP3's --> Qcp's

Alright I read the instructions in the FAQ section and didn't understand I guess. I downloaded winamp and played my song with it. I don't know how to do this:

"First you need to extract the PVConverter.zip file into a folder on your hard drive. A good location would be "C:\PVConverter\". "


And after I opened the song in winamp I don't know how to do this:

"Go to the Winamp Options menu and change the output format to "Nullsoft DiskWriter". Then click on the configure button, and change the output directory to "C:\PVConverter\" or which every directory you used when you extracted the PVConverter."


Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Basically, you just extract the program to a location (they just said it's preferred to be in C://.../, but u can extract it anywhere) After making the mp3s into wave format, just make it 30s, and drag and drop the wave file into the program..
