When I try to connect to the internet it says connecting to vision using cellular line and dials #777. After a while it times out. Is this the way it is suppose to connect to vision??

Thats what it does on mine.. and works. I'd suggest calling support back, and have them re-walk through provisioning the phone or whatever.

If you just had that done.. wait for a bit longer. Usually its instant, but apparently can take an hour...
