Does the 6601 come with any software for compressing dvd movies down to SD card size (128 mbs or so)? Thanks.

Probably not, but there's a few good third party apps that do.

SD cards get much bigger than that these days. Use Divx or some other codec encoding software that's already out (pretty much what imtravis said).

yeah I know there are third party apps, I just wanted to know if I had to buy it or was it already on the PPC6601 (so I don't buy it for nuttin)
