I am not sure why all of a sudden everyone company is releasing slider phone, siemens carry them for around 3 yrs . Is the slider phone a big hit in Europe and asia or is it patented

Get the Treo 650 ! (Actually I am getting the 650 for myself and I may get the I-730 for my wife) I think that this phone is more compact than the 6601! But flip coin! You win if it comes up Treo 650 "joking"

Ummm... no... not a palm fan. Had a palm and was so bored and disappointed with it that I returned it and thought I would never use a PDA again and then found pocket pc and never looked back. To each his own I guess.

The phone seems likely to end up on Verizon's network first, so I'm probably just going to upgrade to the Treo 650 now, and if PalmOne doesn't dazzle me with a new model next year as it's predecessor Handspring used to, I'm heading for a PPC Moble Phone by late next year. There's only so long I will wait, so if PalmOne keeps following the strategy of releasing incremental improvements, it's going to lose me for good soon. :eyeroll:
