Just some notes.
This is just a beautiful phone.
Everything, from the sliding keybord to the build of the phone is a 10.
So light and a lot smaller than I expected it to be.
About an inch smaller than my Moto V60 when open.
Worth every penny so far.... will say more after I actually activate the phone.
:)

Played with it all night long and everything is still perfect.
Loaded about 20 mp3's and and some pics of my girl to try out the screen.
The screen is above average, not impressive. 65K. I'm used to my sony laptop with Xbrite, so looking at anything else is always disapointing.
The bluetooth works just fine. I have my laptop conected, and ran the 6601's bluetooth manager, found the laptop and conected to Internet Explorer.
The phone comes with speaker phone, don't know if it's full or half yet.
also come with a free headset and mic, not wireless or bluetooth but it's still nice to have. I have the ScanDisk wifi card with 256mb ordered so I can conenct at work, I'll let you know how that works. From the reviews I've read the usable rang is about 50ft max, good thing my desk is about 15 from the router.

where did you order your Wifi card from? Also just to confirm... if you have a WiFi card and you are connected, you can browse the internet as if you were on a real computer?

Thanks

yes, you can just with Vision, but the speeds are much faster with the card.
The card I ordered straight from Scandisk.com It's the one with the built in 256MB.
This until is 85% PDA 15%phone. The phone is just an extra it seems like. The ringers aren't as loud as... well, they just aren't loud at all. The speaker phone worked nice today, just put the phone in the cradle and talked away. No problem at all. I use Streets and Trips a lot, the pocket trips work flawlesly. The map was very easy to read.
If anyone can help, why does the "X" to close programs not close programs like in Windows? Anything you "X" out, still runs in the background, minimised.
That sucks up a lot of extra juice from the battery I think.

The "X" will just close a screen, it will not entirely exit a program, this is because of the ability to multi-task with windows mobile devices. If you look in your settings under memory there should be a tab to view all programs currently running, from there you should be able to close either one or all at once.
