I'm friggin livid; Sprint said a "system issue," was responsible for my lockline insurance disappearing off of my account in early October, and now lockline says they cannot cover a phone after the first 30 days of activation. I called Sprint and they said too bad. I called them back and got a machine, left a message. I said they will either put my coverage back on or pay me the value of my phone.
I doubt it will ever happen. I'm brainstorming for ideas here; help welcomed.
