First of all what number does you device dial out to...ex. #777, #19788 etc.
secondly did u have to do any extra steps to get vision going or did it work automatically...
thirdly do you enter in a user name and password when you try to connect to vision?

VISION is having problems on the DEVICES right now for some reason. sprint is working on my 4 that i have it dials #777
