I called twice now and was told it was not available. When I told them people were receiving it and had pictures taken they went to their supervisors. One guy told me it was not available until early next year. The other guy said I could get it after talking to supervisor and it is on order. The bottom line is be persistent.

my god man what is wrong with these people. Can anyone who works for Sprint clear up for us where the obvious breakdown in communication lies with telesales?

I had a cute old lady do my order.. CALL BUSINESS SALES I CALLED 3 times this week they know but some dont your right

It has been released in business channels, but probably won't be available to consumers (i.e., telesales) until next week or the week after. Consumers are generally 1-3 weeks behind the business channel.

Any consumer can call business and get it i even started my friend up ona NEW ACCOUNT though business for a personal... just fyi for you unknown users out there

People have all ready started receiving phones at their homes never mind ordering them. The phone is all ready available through business channels, up on the business website and as well if you do get someone that knows what they are doing and can find the phone then anyone has been able to order it (consumer or otherwise). There is a serious lack of communication going on at Sprint where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This is one of the hottest phones on the market and most sprint employees in the stores don't even have a clue it exists but people in the forums have been following this phone since april. Maybe Sprint should mandate their employees to sign up on these forums so they can keep up to date on what is going on in their own company. Scratch that... I think they would probably just fill it up with wrong information and confuse those in the know.
