Gawd now I'm starting to lean toward Xbox from PS2... there was nothing like the old school Quake II Loki's Minions Capture the Flag though, with the grapple hook. What's so fantastic about this game? Graphics, weapons, errr ? I remember with Duke Nukem it was like arcades and with Theif it was the underground and the "quiet," element. What's the big deal with Halo 2?

I have already replied, but from your post in the Halo thread, I feel the need to reply again. I have a PS2(Kids) and an Xbox(Mine and my GF's). My GF has never seen an Xbox up until the time I bought mine. Before I could even ask her, she said that the Xbox is the BEST gaming system she has ever played. She said the graphics are much better than the PS2 and the playability is better. Remember, this coming from a girl! She and I spent 4 hours playing Halo 2 last night and she said that Halo 2 is definitely the best game she has ever played! Nugo, I HIGHLY reccomend the Xbox. Superior graphics, superior controllers(up for debate), superior upgradability.


Hopefully this will help steer you in the way of the best gaming system for you, as I know no less than 5 people that sold their PS2 and games once they bought the xbox.You do a lot for people on this board(free graphics and such) so hopefully this has helped you!

All I have to say is that the Covenant's aim has DEFINATLY improved. Geesh ... the shields may charge faster, but I'm barely into the game and I'm ducking for cover. But still ... this is love. Damn good job, Bungie ...
