Well, the PPC-6601 is available now, easiest to get is over the phone as not many stores have it yet.
That phone is a pocket pc 2003SE based phone. It's getting good reviews. The treo 650 is not out now, and people aren't quite sure when it will be released.
If you are looking for a pda phone now, the ppc-6601 is your best bet. Look at some of the other threads for where to call to order it.
Hope this helps!

I've got the Treo600, and will get the Treo 650 when it comes out (I believe next Monday, from what I've been reading), and use e-wallet for my password, credit, etc info) Good Luck with either decision. I definately recommend trying both phones out first (ie. go to a store and cop a feel), so you know which one would feel/work for you.

For some reason my post was deleted... But again, I suggest the Treo 600, or if you can wait a few weeks, the 650.
