Hello, I'm a new member! I first want to say I'm glad to find this site! Now... on to my issue(s)...

I just got this phone. It's pretty cool. But, everytime I talk to someone they sound like they are muffled, thier voice is not clear. I'm in a good area with full service too. When I turn down the ear piece volumn it's better but now you can't hear them as well of course. It doesn't do it all the time. Even voices on answering machine messages are the same way. I'm past my 14 day exchange period by a few days. Sprint says all I can do is take it to sprint Store and see if it's a phone issue and then i could get it replaced. If not, I'm stuck with it. :eyeroll: Is it the phone? Anyone else have this issue?

I also have this issue with my 4500. I thought it was just my phone.

You do have a 14 day period to get a refund or exchange on a handset. I dont know if the store manager will make an exception but if it is a few days over it doesnt hurt to ask. Also some people are more sensitive than others...I have a vm4500 and 8200 and they are fine to me....but to someone else they are not.
