I'm a newbie here and have searched for the answer to my problem but haven't found it yet. Hopefully some of you can help me out. I have to turn in my old phone (Sanyo 4900) for a problem it has developed using my warranty from Best Buy. They sent me a Sanyo 7200. I have many ringers and screensavers on my 4900 that I would dearly love to download to my pc and then upload to my new 7200 before I have to send in the 4900. I don't have vision service any longer after the 2 mnonth free trial ended. The Sprint guy of course told me there isn't a way to do the transfer--that I will have to subcribe to the vision service and pay for them all over again even though he did transfer my phone book. I have a usb data cable and tried BitPim but that doesn't support transfers of ringers or screensavers for either of these phones. I bought the usb cable only for this purpose. How can I do this? I am using WindowsXP. Or would it just be cheaper for me to resubscribe to the vision service for a couple of months and just download them again? I really have no other need for the vision service I discovered during the trial time. Thanks for any help.
