I currently have Snap Sync version 1.9 that I have used with my 8100. This version does not seem to work with my 4920. Does anyone know what settings I can change. I would upgrade, but the company can't seem to recognize my registration number and email adress and I'd rather get this version to work than buying a whole new version.
