PDA to Phone Sync Software Beta site needed

Is there any interest in software that sync's the cellphone address book directly to the PDA without the need for a laptop?

Our company has developed such software and we're looking for some Beta test sites.

Software would load on the PDA ( Dell, iPAQ, Palm, etc.) and sync from PDA to phone, Phone to PDA or update both at the same time (user selectable).

Data would travel over a cable which we will supply. Data cable can also be used to connect to the Vision network to access email and browse the web via the PDA.

If you could send the address book, or parts of it (either one or many at a time)

If you could sync a calendar

If you could sync a download/upload folder ( files of all types)

Then that would be great.

Ok, well it sounds interesting. I have an iPaq 4355 and and Sanyo VM4500 and would be interested in this, but when I tried to email, it says the user has requested not to receive emails. That makes it harder to volunteer!
