Stupid Treo 650 question.....

I know there has been a lot of talk about not being able to use the Treo as a modem via bluetooth.....but will one still be able to physically tether it with the sync cable and use it as a modem, like you can do with the 600 now?

I'm going to guess that you should be able to. I'm also going to take a guess, that if you can use BlooToof to sync, then ya might be able to use it as a modem using PDANet.

Hopefully we'll be able too.

I sure hope PDA net comes out with a hack. I wil surely get the 650..but I will also keep the 600 and move it to one of my other lines until I'm sure it will work.

I havent used the treo as a modem since I was in the hosp 6 mos ago...but it's nice to know I can if I need to.

I haven't used it as a modem, but luckily if I have to be in the hosp, I can just use their wireless network.. oh wait.. that's cause I work at the hosp.. LMAO..
