When selecting moderators, we think of members who are helpful, fair, have been active posters for quite a period of time, know the forum system well, and are knowledgable about the topics discussed. They are members who respect our community guidelines and enjoy helping out others.
Most of a mod's assistance goes unnoticed by the rest of the site.
