Anybody know if any change in SOP has taken place in retail stores? I recently visited the store I used to work at after 3 months and noticed the store looked quite different and there were people actually manning the old CS stations. I asked my former co workers what happened and they said "everything has changed." I dont know if for the better or worse. Im not even sure if they are all USR or gone back to RSR and CSR. I didnt recongnize half the store employees but that is not usual at a Sprint store.
