Question abt features on my plan

After seeing $300 to $1400 thread i am little worried abt my plan.

I have changed my plans recently. Before this i never had problem with the plan i dont remember the plan details on the online account exactly. I know only how the billing used on my plan.

My previous plan is $85 vision plan but it never showed as vision plan on my account
My plan
$85 plan $2000
$10 UN/W
$5 Roaming
$5 7pm N/W
unlimited vision
Unlimited pcs to pcs
50 text messages

But i used to get my billing as
Line 1 3G phone
UN/W, roam, 7pm N/W, U vision, pcs to pcs

Line 2 2G phone
UN/W, roam, pcs to pcs, NO vision( used to call CS if i get Vison charges), Never cared about 7PM N/W

Line 3 3G phone
UN/W, roam, pcs to pcs, free vision and free picture pack, Never cared about 7PM N/W

Line 4 3G phone
UN/W, roam, pcs to pcs, free vision Never cared about 7PM N/W


Last month i have changed the number on line 4 , they have taken vision off so i called CS to get the credit for usage and added vision for $5

Again i changed my plan since i had to change the number on the primary ( line 1) line. so i had to change to new $100 plan and vision free on the primary line $5 extra for each line so my new plan details looks like this

I dont see all the features UN/W free roaming and pcstopcs on all lines and vision feature on LINE4( i added to it). in the plan details. will i be screwed up like other people. I called many times probably 5-6 times regarding this since 1 month. they say that they added but doesn't show up on the account.

Can some CSR( kevin or someone else) in this forum help me setup my plan correctly so that i will not be charged over like they have charged me $28 for vision which they have credited me back.

Nites and weekends, as well as nites at 7pm only shows on the main line on a shared plan...at least on mine it does, but it covers all shared lines.

Your best bet is probably to switch to the tier 3 fair and flexible:

Line 1
T3 F&F $70 (1300 minutes plus $5 for every additional 100 minutes)
$15 Vision for primary
$5 7pm offpeak (all subs will be free)
free pcs to pcs (all subs will be free)
$5 Free and Clear Americs (all subs will be free)

Line 2
$0 Line to share
$4 Roadside Rescue

Line 3
$10 Line to share
$4 TEP

Line 4
$10 Line to share
$4 TEP

I calculated a base recurring charge of $157 on your current plan (2000 minutes)
The fair and flexible plan would give you the 2000 minutes for $167, but with 7pm evenings and unlimited pcs to pcs, you could save money by not using all of your minutes (the base 1300 minutes would be $132), especially if you already use less than 2000. Plus, overage is only 5 cents per minute with the fair and flexible....

Other than a radical change like this, you are probably better off NOT changing your plan because you will lose the free vision on the primary, which goes up to $15....

I hope this answers your question, unfortunately the manage page in my opinion is not very accurate, so if you have questions about what your current plan is, your best bet is to talk to a rep....
