i think i may have posted this number in another thread but here goes again....1-800-829-0965...just be patient with the voice prompts till you get a human then you should be all set

To get a human faster on the line when calling excu. service just keep pressing zero on your key pad. there is a default that take you to a live person when it doesn't understand your request. try it you'll see what I mean.
