They probably cancelled that executive svcs 800 number because they don't have anyone left in Kansas to answer the phone. Hopefully this latest "strategic reorganization" won't hurt too much.

Let The job cuts in after the smart mouth CSR OR the ones that refuse to do their job. sprint needs to clean house if they want to stay ahead of the game.
