It is free, but it is considered a technical preview, kind of a beta, expires end of December. It is AWESOME. It displays web pages perfectly, is VERY fast, and very intuitive. It has a full screen mode that is truly full screen.

It is missing some stuff like bookmarks, but all that will be implemented in the final release. If you want to see it more in depth check out this review:
